Local Volunteer Program

Our Local Volunteer Program is free of charge, but we do ask volunteers to commit to a set number of hours per month to ensure their contribution is beneficial for both LCTW and themselves. We aim to engage long-term volunteers, as this strengthens our community and allows individuals to take on increasing responsibility, eventually becoming LCTW experts. Local volunteers assist with a wide range of tasks, from serving as tour guides and helping with landscaping, to participating in animal care and enrichment, all of which are vital to the success of our conservation efforts.
