Donation and Payment Terms and Conditions
By donating, purchasing merchandise or paying for a volunteer package to the Lao Conservation Trust for Wildlife, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our refund and receipting policy. Please review the following prior to making your donation.
Once you have made your donation amount selection you will be guided through the payment process. The method of payment on the web site is by credit card. We do not capture or store your credit card details, only the authority from our bank that your credit card payment has been approved.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB cards via a secure payments system which is linked directly to our bank, who will authorize all credit card payments.
All transactions are processed in US dollars.
You will receive a receipt with each donation or payment you make.
Refunds and Cancellations
Donations are refundable up to 24 hours after being made.
Volunteer payments are fully refundable up to 31 days before you are due to arrive at the center. Please note that a full refund does not include any bank fees, credit card fees, etc that are incurred by LCTW and are non-refundable at any point. If you must cancel your volunteer booking less than 31 days in advance the refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation between 30-22 days: You will receive 90% of your total volunteer payment
Cancellation between 21-15 days: You will receive 70% of your total volunteer payment
Cancellation between 14-8 days: You will receive 50% of your total volunteer payment
Cancellation between 7-3 days: You will receive 30% of your total volunteer payment
Cancellation between 2-1 days: You will not receive a refund.

To ensure your security and ours the following actions are prohibited when making transactions on our website:
1. Making more than 2 donations in a single 24-hour period
2. Using the same name and credit card, but with different personal details (i.e. email address, full name)
3. Attempting to make a transaction with more than 5 attempts
